Apr. 1 - Jun. 30, 2008 $175/night (3-night minimum)
Jul. 1 - Sep. 30, 2008 $165/night (3-night minimum)
Oct. 1 - Dec 15, 2008 $175/night (3-night minimum)
Dec. 16 - 23, 2008 $185/night (5-night minimum)
Dec. 24 - 31, 2008 $195/night (7-night minimum)
Jan. 1 - Mar. 31, 2009 $185/night (5-night minimum unless filling in a gap)
Apr. 1 - June 30, 2009 $175/night (3-night minimum)
Iron Man week 2008 is $205/night (7-night minimum - no exceptions)
All Rates based on 1 or 2 person occupancy (call us directly to discuss greater than 2 occupancy)
A one-time cleaning fee of $95 will be added to your bill
Hawaii state tax of 11.416% will be added to your total bill.
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, and REFUNDS: A 20% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Payment in full is required 60-days prior to your arrival. A reservation may be cancelled up to 90-days prior to your arrival date at no cost (deposit will be refunded). Cancellations within 90-days of arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 60-days of arrival date will forfeit the total rental amount (if we re-rent the unit a partial refund will be made).
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Stays over 12-days require an additional cleaning and fee every 10-days.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy (additonal guests are subject to prior approval and are $15 additional per person per day).
Sorry, but SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in the condo (an additional fee will be charged if it is determined that there has been smoking in the condo).
Check-in time is 3pm or later
Check-out time is 11am or earlier

MORE ABOUT THIS UNIT:
Our one-bedroom, direct oceanfront unit has a king-size luxury pillowtop bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living room. There is an LCD TV+DVD in the bedroom and an LCD TV in the Living Room (both with cable). Our unit is newly remodeled and decorated with mahogany hardwood floors, granite in the kitchen and bath (tub-shower combo), and decorator furnishing throughout. Our unit is stocked with everything you need for your stay (except food of course), including bed, bath, and kitchen linens, a complete kitchen, and beach gear. The gas BBQ grill is just outside on the ground floor.
The laundry room is on the same floor, and an assigned, free parking spot is just below the unit. The building has an elevator and an outdoor, ocean-front pool. Swimming, snorkeling, surfing and a sandy beach are just one-block away . Our large lanai right on the water with its outstanding 180 degree view is a perfect spot for a cocktail or private dinner while watching sunsets (year round), cruise ships, dolphins, whales, surfers, parasailers, turtles, and more.
